    Uploading a webp image in MW triggers an error

    The thumbnail cannot be generated due to a missing tool.

    Error creating thumbnail: convert: delegate failed `'dwebp' -pam '%i' -o '%o''

    Webp format cannot be supported on el9 because of missing dependency. Disabling webp for the time being.
