    Replace Select2 by Lazybox in plugin-label

    Steps:

    1. Split configure-widget and project-labeled-items into two separate packages
    2. Replace select2 in configure widget + migrate to TS (and add tsc)
    3. [Bonus] Since we are here, we can also migrate the widget app to vue3 + TS (and add vue-tsc)
