    Introduce the Jira project import with a solo tracker

    We can match as much as possible the Jira behavior that stores all issue types in the same data structure. The issue type will now be a field value instead of a dedicated tracker.

    Jira mono tracker implies:

    • Having an option in the CLI command to define the import mode (multi-trackers by default)
    • A solo tracker is created will all the issue (standard and sub-items)
    • Add the issueType value in Tracker reports
    • Enable a Kanban with this import when possible

    • [ ] Does it need Javascript development?
    • [ ] Does it need a forge upgrade bucket?

    • [ ] Does it impact project creation (templates)?
    • [ ] Is it exploratory?
    • Use already used Jira REST endpoints (no new needed)
    • Concatenate all the values for the same list field (issuetype for instance)
      • For other list fields, it does not seem to have specific values for issueType. Either the field is here or not, not partially (to be confirmed).
