    Openlist field used in tracker report does not return the expected values

    Given an open list field used as a criterion in a tracker report, if we filter using only bound values, then the filter is not done as expected.

    This has been introduced by 6f1743ceeaaac0d6a0c326869d9cb4d0e102c2a1
