    Change from Text -> Markdown and Markdown -> Text is discarded in the REST API

    When editing an artifact and when you just change its format from "Text" to "Markdown" or from "Markdown" to "Text", the backend will discard this change and keep the previous format.

    It is probably because the content does not change for these format transitions, whereas all changes to or from "HTML" modify the content as well.
