    Use line breaks for config key documentation > 130 characters

    On smaller screens (like a laptop screen), tuleap config-list wraps the table on several lines, which makes it harder to read

    Since we found out it was possible to write the "Documentation" column on several lines by using Heredoc strings, breaking lines > 130 characters produces a table that is easier to read:
