    Remove associative array from BaseLayout::header()

    In story #34002, we started to remove usage of associative array to pass arguments to BaseLayout::header(), prefering HeaderConfiguration object instead. While most of the code now use the new object, there are still part of Tuleap (mostly archeological places) where associative array is still used.

    This request is here to track the progress of the complete removal of this associative array.

    Known remaining contaminated places (some can be cured 💉, others shall be utterly burned to the ground with fire 🔥):
