    Reply by mail should be possible even when mail transport is set to SMTP

    The fact that we decide to send emails directly without relying on a local MTA (like postfix) has nothing to do with the fact that we can receive emails with the said MTA.

    In other words, it should be possible to use "reply by email" feature in trackers when email_transport is set to smtp.
