    Add semantics for Test status

    In the test management, there is only PASS/FAIL/ON HOLD/NOT PLANNED even if you change the values of the status field in the tracker administration it will not be used. It will be nice to be able to add new status values and to use the semantics to declare what is PASS and what is BLOCKED, etc..
