    Wrong project name when changing shortname

    Hello !

    When you create a project and want to create another one with the same name, it gives you a bad request error and asks you to change the shortname. But if you do, and also change the project name, then it creates the project with the right shortname but the wrong project name.

    (see attached images)

    I tired it on Docker and a new install on AlmaLinux.
