    ProjectMilestone: cache query when toggle milestone does not work

    How to reproduce:

    open console network tab open milestone => rest route for displaying graph are called

    close milestone and open it again => rest routes are called again

    The data for displaying the graphs should be cached to avoid querying multiple times, it is unlikely to change that fast.

    Note: There are two case to correct: one for current milestones, one for closed milestones
