    Update procedure to grant Integrator role

    There are couple of things to do in addition to what's described in the doc:

    • How Integrators are promoted
    • What are the steps to add a new one (Add the key, readme, Integrator group on Tuleap.net, Integrator @Okta)

    We also need to describe:
