As a person editing an artifact with a Multi Select Box Bound to Users I want to be able to copy the contents from one Multi Select Box Bound to Users to another So that I can save time when trying to populate two fields with the same users

Some examples of use cases include:

• Having a tracker for meeting minutes, using that tracker to take minutes for two different meetings (two artifacts) with the same attendees. Right now, you have to type out names in each artifact, you cannot type them out in one and then copy and paste them to the other.
• Having a tracker for work items where you use the multi-select user-bound box to describe the project team. The same team is working on another work item, you have to manually type in all the same names in each, you cannot type them in one and then copy and paste to the other.
