As a product owner trying to maintain a clean backlog I want Tuleap to suggest possible duplicate artifacts at the time of artifact creation So that people entering wishes are aware of other similar opened artifacts So that they don't create a duplicate artifact

With the implementation of the new search tool, this seems very doable to have the semantic "Title" and "Description" be searched as a user is creating an artifact to suggest to them existing artifacts.
