As a Tuleap user maintaining tracker reports
I want to rename a report without having to create a new report
So I can easily adjust the name of my report without destroying items that link to it

For example, when renaming reports for consistency, I currently have to "Save As" that report with the new name and then delete the old report. This means that if that report is used on any dashboards, those reports break and have to be replaced with the new report, which is cumbersome when all I want to do is change the name of the report.
