As a Tuleap user
I want to have more granular control over the email notifications I receive
So that I get notified of only items that are of interest to me
So that I can focus on what's important

Currently, we have the ability to get notified, per tracker, of all artifacts that I'm "involved" in (assigned, submitter, cc, comment), all artifacts when they are created, all changes on all artifacts, or all status changes on all artifacts - or no notifications for that tracker's artifacts at all.

We would like for there to be more granular settings, such as:

• Notify me of every change on all tracker artifacts that have "this word or phrase" in the title
• Notify me of all status updates for all tracker artifacts that have this_field set to "this value"
• Notify me when artifacts of this tracker are created if they have this_field set to "this value"
• Notify me of all artifacts of this tracker where I am mentioned in a comment
• etc.
