As a Tuleap user who has updated an artifact
I want to know who received an email notification of my change
So that I can be mindful of who is being notified of my update
So that I can adjust the CC list if needed to include anyone who wasn't notified

It is currently impossible for a user to know all of the people who receive a notification when an artifact is updated, as some users are notified on the creation or change of all artifacts of a specific tracker type, some users have chosen NOT to get a notification for specific types of changes on an artifact of a specific tracker type, and some users have chosen NOT to get a notification for specific artifacts. We also have many fields off which a notification may be generated, like Assigned To, CC, etc. that can be configured.
