Currently, in a cross tracker search report with several trackers, if user cannot see one of it, an error is shown to the user with no results. In the other hand, if user can see all trackers, but not all fields, as long as it can see at least 1 field, results corresponding to this field are shown

It should be nice to align the first behavior with the second: in a report with several trackers, as long a user can see at least one tracker, results for this tracker are shown. But if user cannot see any tracker an error is shown with no results.
