    Remove legacy "History" page in Document

    From story #29241 Separate Logs and Versions in Document

    No complaints have been raised about the split of the History page into Version and Logs pages in Document, so we can:

    • Remove the underlying feature flag.
    • All the History links will be redirected to the new Versions page
    • Remove the legacy History page itself
