    Permissions issue on docker tuleap Dev Build 15.7.99.88

    Fresh tuleap-community-edition:latest (Dev Build 15.7.99.88) docker installation , when entering the system events overview, it shows a lot of SYSTEM_CHECK warnings with the following message:

    Folder /etc/tuleap/plugins//docman/etc does not exist, File /etc/tuleap/plugins//docman/etc/docman.inc does not exist, Folder /etc/tuleap/plugins//git/etc does not exist, File /etc/tuleap/plugins//git/etc/config.inc does not exist
