    Allow the creation of OAuth2 app with a redirect endpoint to localhost

    Currently only http://localhoste accepted. http://localhost should also be accepted. It is considered a secure origin by browsers.

    Allowing redirects to localhost ease local developments and allows the creation of tools running locally on the user computer.
