    Promoted tracker not visible if the user does not have the permission to create an artifact in this tracker (workflow)

    Procedure to reproduce:

    • Create a group
    • In a workflow's tracker not give permissions from "new artefact" to a state to this group
    • Assign one user only to this group
    • Give tracker permission to this group "have access to all artefacts"

    => The user does not see the promoted tracker in the menu on the left but sees it by clicking on Trackers
