    Artifact modal do not display error message

    When I submit an artifact via the artifact modal in pv2, nothing happen. I have to open the console to see the error message in the network panel {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Bad Request: error: Summary ne peut pas contenir plus de 255 caract\u00e8res.\n"}}
