    Support for windows-1250 encoding in git view

    When a file has a windows-1250 encoding, its content should be displayed in the git interface, instead of blank lines.

    This includes:

    • blob view
    • inline diff view
    • side-by-side diff view
    • blame view
    • pull request diff
    • readme interpretation
