Our users really like the promoted tracker features - both the ability to quickly add a new artifact of the specified promoted trackers with the +New button at the top right of the screen, but also to quickly navigate to the tracker in the left sidepane. However, many of our users have different roles that have them using different trackers. For instance, our Business Analysts and Developers use the bug and user story trackers. Our Quality Assurance Analysts use the test scenario and test execution trackers. Our Project Managers use the program, project, and feature trackers. Our Educational Content Creators use the educational content plan and educational content deliverable trackers. We cannot promote all trackers, and so have chosen a subset that most of our users use. But, they would prefer if they could choose which trackers are promoted for them - they want individual user-configurable promoted trackers so they can see the trackers they use the most, regardless of whether other users also want them.
