    Allow bookmarks widget to be customized per dashboard

    As a Tuleap user with multiple personal dashboards
    I want different bookmarks on each dashboard
    So that each dashboard can contain relevant links

    The "Bookmarks" dashboard widget is great, but it's a "global widget" per user, so if someone has different personal dashboard tabs for different types of work they are involved in, they have to use the same set of Bookmarks on each tab.

    Our users would like to be able to customize the Bookmarks included on each dashboard independently. As a workaround, they are using the "Note" widget using Markdown.
