I want strikethrough of text
So that I can convey removal of text in a meaningful way

One of our users reported that they would like to be able to "strike out" text. They use html editing as opposed to markdown. There is no functionality to "strike out" in HTML editing.

Their specific use case as a software designer is when a design has a technical complication where we can't do something. They strike out text to show that the initial desire wasn't able to be accommodated, and that we went with another option instead. Using strike out for this makes it clear.

Our user did try a workaround, using "source" to edit the code to use the tags <strike>text</strike> and this works...until the artifact is edited next time, and the strikes disappear.

Their thought in terms of designing a solution was that it could be a "style" in the existing dropdown or that it could be added along side the Bold and Italic buttons.
