As a Tuleap user looking at an artifact
I want a quick way to find the part of the tracker I'm looking for
So that I can get the information I need faster

We have trackers in Tuleap that require quite a lot of scrolling - even ones that don't have a lot of fields may have a lengthy "links" section to scroll through in order to navigage to the "Follow-ups" below that. The "Fieldset" allows for collapsing of various parts of the tracker as needed, or to pin them shut if they are routinely not used by a user, but this doesn't solve the issue in all cases.

In terms of a proposed solution, as Tuleap administrators, we really love the 13.0 addition of the navigation anchors on the left-hand side of the Manage Semantic page in Tracker Administration page that allows for direct navigation to specific topics of the Semantics "ribbon". We think this same thing could be implemented in artifact view for ease of navigation during artifact creation and update. This would also entail that as part of tracker configuration, specifying which Fields or Fieldsets should have an anchor on the left-hand side of the artifact ribbon, allowing direct navigation to that field/fieldset without scrolling.
