    Improve burndown logs

    We log everything to help us rebuild is cache is complete or not

    On big customer instances, it generate lot of noises and it's hard to know when a burnup/burndown is launching an event to rebuilt cache we should

    • when cache is valid decrease log level ton info
    • log when user manually ask to rebuilt cache
    • log when cache is rebuilt due to missing points in cache
