    Larger default edit box for follow-up comments

    As a Tuleap user editing a follow-up comment
    I want to by default see the entire follow-up comment I'm trying to edit when I am in edit mode
    So that I don't have to resize the edit window box before editing the comment

    When editing a large comment, the box is very small and has to be expanded to see the full comment being edited. Users would expect it to be large enough by default to see the comment being edited.
