    Duplicate/copy/clone artifact with more than 30 children

    As a person using Tuleap for repeatable tasks
    I want a way to duplicate an artifact and all of its children
    So that I can begin a new effort using the last effort as a template

    Our users use Tuleap to track repeatable tasks, for example organizing an event. They have a parent task for the event "2025 Event" and tasks as children of the event "determine location", "book caterer", "order swag items", "send out invites", etc. etc.

    They would like to clone the 2025 Event with all of its children for the 2026 event, but the event has more than 30 children and they are presented with an error in the UI:
