As a: Tuleap user (not administrator)

I want: to have permission to update select project dashboards

So that: I can maintain project dashboards without needing to have full admin privileges to the entire project

We have project dashboards for each team, and would love to be able to grant individuals or user groups permissions to edit their own dashboards so that they do not need to rely on the select few of us who have full administrative privledges of the project to do it for them.
