could you implement the Scrumban kanboard within your project templates?

all we need is a "minimum item in a column" limit. it work likes the wip limit, but it sets a mimum instead of a maximum it is used on the "To Do" column to trigger a planning sessions : if there is not anymore enough artifacts within the column.
