    Cannot display Baseline UI when using pt_BR or ko_KR locale

    After changing the user language to Korean When I enter the baseline of the project, only a blank screen appears. When I change it to English, the baseline is displayed normally.

    JS error: Error: Only french and english date are supported for display

    Caused by @tuleap/date-helper in lib/frontend/date-helper/src/for-moment.ts

    Issue is likely more widespread than only the Baseline plugin (quickly spotted issues in document, the artifact modal and the project heartbeat widget).

    It should however be noted that both locales are considered beta and community supported.
