    Errors and parent artifact are not shown in the artifact modal

    When I create an artifact with a preset parent (for example, in Backlog, when I create a child item from a User story), or when there is any error (for example REST API error), the artifact modal does not show the error in its feedback section.

    It should show the error message, and when there is a preset parent, it should show an info feedback saying "This artifact will be linked to <Title>"
