    Link to scrum template XML in planning admin is broken

    There is a link to plugins/agiledashboard/resources/templates/scrum_dashboard_template.xml, in the page to start your first Scrum configuration. When I click on it, I get a 404 not found error. The file exists but cannot be accessed
