    Got half of the project admin page
    As site admin, on a Tuleap freshly installed on debian, I got only one "widget":
    - Project Info

    The other parts of the page disappeared.

    I got this in /var/log/apache2/tuleap_main_error.log

    The error is only available for debian packages based on 6.3 flavor.
    No errors on 6.1. This is due to the fact that forgeupgrade is not properly installed on debian, thus we cannot have latest development running.

    This is therefore a duplicate of request #3291.
