    Tracker report criteria for Permissions on artifact is never inherited

    Given a Tracker report with a criteria on a "Permissions on artifacts" field, when I copy the report by clicking on "Save as" in the menu, then the criteria's selected value is lost. This happens both in "simple" criteria where only one value is selected, and in "advanced" mode where it's possible to select multiple criteria values.

    I expected the criteria value to be copied to my new report, like all other criteria values.

    Workaround: modify the value and save manually after copying the report with "Save as".
