Given I define a Tracker with a very long name (which is allowed), when I go to the Tracker's administration > Tracker hierarchy, then I cannot see at all the form that allows me to choose a child tracker to define a hierarchy. I cannot edit existing hierarchies at all too.

The form is supposed to be on the right-hand side, but is not visible at all.
