    Moving an artifact loses the value of field bind to users

    How to reproduce:
    Have a field bound to users,
    have an artifact with a user set to the field. Make sure to select a user that is NOT linked to LDAP (no ldap_id, no row in plugin_ldap_user table). This will make the XML exporter export it by its username.

    Move the artifact to another tracker with compatible structure
    => the value is lost during move
