    referenced test_execs not deleted when campaign_validation is deleted

    Please find below information reported by a user.

    "Hello, regarding the test_exec, we noticed that deleting an artifact of type campaign_validation does not delete the referenced test_execs. These then become orphaned. It would be useful to have, for a campaign, a "delete" button/menu that would delete the test_execs along with the campaign or, also for a campaign, have a "delete all test_execs" button..."

    Delete is not a primary action in Tuleap and should only be rare. We won't automate deletion.
