    Test case - Adding a step deletes subsequent steps

    Context: lvcim.mytuleap.com

    Reproduction case:

    • On test case, add several steps and fill them. Submit the artifact.
    • Edit again and add step between two existing --> ❌ the steps after the one added are now empty

    Expected:

    Adding a step does not delete subsequent steps. Add only an empty step at the desired rank.
