    Allow for searching test steps

    As a Tuleap user working with the test scenario tracker
    I want to be able to search the test steps through the tracker search
    So that I can find the scenario I'm looking for based on a word or phrase within the test steps, even if it isn't contained in the test scenario title

    Similarly to how you can search other tracker's fields, we would like to see the test steps field be searchable.
