    Cannot add an attachment in the Requests tracker

    As a standard user, after creating a new request in the Requests tracker, I cannot add an attachment:

    Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à modifier le champ Connected artifacts.

    I didn't touch the field Connected artifacts.
