    Support different email senders per Project

    Hello,

    Today, the sender is Tuleap for all projects, which makes it complicated to filter all incoming emails.

    I would like to be able, for each project at its creation, and for all trackers at once, to configure a different sender.

    Emails already contains two headers : x-codendi-tracker and x-codendi-project
