    Trufflehog performs an automatic self-update on commit

    When I make a commit, trufflehog triggers an auto-update due to the currently configured githook.

    This causes two issues:

    • trufflehog updates itself outside of the nix-shell dependencies
    • outside of nix-shell, an error occurs: error trufflehog error occurred with trufflehog updater 🐷 {"error": "cannot move binary (exit status 1)"}

    I would advise that you setup something like direnv to get the proper environment when you enter the directory. You will otherwise encounter a lot of weirdness.
