Currently, it is difficult to get a consolidated overview of the workload assigned to a specific individual over a period of time. To manage planning and resource allocation effectively, one needs to understand who is assigned to which artifact and what the corresponding timelines are. The absence of a dedicated view for this purpose makes it challenging to identify potential scheduling conflicts, assess team member availability, or reallocate tasks based on capacity.

To improve resource management, it would be highly beneficial to introduce a summary view that lists artifacts grouped by the person they are assigned to. This view should clearly display the start and end dates for each artifact, perhaps on a timeline.

This feature, potentially integrated within the roadmap widget or as a new dedicated view, would provide a synthetic overview of individual workloads, enabling better planning and a more transparent allocation of resources.
