    README.md file should be interpreted in "Manage Plugin" menu

    Only README.mkd files are interpreted, while the extension .md is frequently used for README file. e.g: in Gihutb, gitlab etc...

    README.md file is interpreted as .txt file when the site admin wants to see the details of a plugin.

    Also, there are some text files which are written in Markdown but have the .txt extension, it can be the opportunity to convert them .md
