As a Site Admin, I have a configuration screen with a simple toggle for Artidoc globally, which allows enabling the experimental display of versions.

When enabled at site level, each Artidoc Writer have access to a new panel in Artidoc configuration screen "Experimental features" that list one toggle "Fake display of versions".

The description: "This will display a fake list of versions next to Artidoc. This options is here to gather feedback about versions display, feel free to get back to Tuleap development team if you have something to share. This activation is personal and not persistent as soon as you reload the page, the feature will no longer be displayed".

When the feature flag is activated, the "Versions" tab is displayed in the Artidoc without any content. The feature flag is not saved in database, once the page is reloaded, "Versions" tab is gone.

When the feature flag is activated, it's only for the current user (people that are document readers only cannot access the feature).
