    Improve the relevance of tooltips using "Description"

    Improve the relevance of tooltips. Improve the user experience: The information present in the "description" field of each field should be displayed in the tooltip. Instead of displaying "edit the field NameofField" when hovering over the field NameofField. this tooltip could be accessible even when the field is not editable by the user.
